If you are in need of someone who…

… does not miss beef, but still loves the concept of a “hamburger” (made of beans of course).

… tried to put ketchup on her “hamburger” but couldn’t because it contained “high fructose corn syrup” and she could not get past that no matter how hard she tried.

… loves the shows Royal Pains, White Collar, and Covert Affairs enough to Hulu them and eat said “hamburger” in front of the computer.

… can not make up her mind about breakfast, so she makes two half breakfasts.

… stayed up too late watching a documentary about plant based eating.

… got ready for church and then fell asleep while reading on her bed, only to be awoken by being told that it was time to go.

… can not sit through church without a snack or needing to get up to use the restroom (or both).

… craves tofu, and has declared corn-on-the-cob as her favorite vegetable.

… makes raw, non-dairy lemon cheesecake.

… has a ridiculously unorganized bookmark drop down in Safari that she says will one day be cleaned out (when she figures out how).

… manages to spill or drop things multiple times while cooking, making the kitchen floor a mini meal for the pets.

… will do anything except study Chemistry the weekend before the final exam.

… may have let all the air out of the back tire of her bike while trying to put air in, only to realize that she needed a different nozzle.

… justifies patriotic pancakes for dinner with running a 5k the next morning.  (Talk about stretching for a justification.)

Then I am your girl.

Thanks Sig! You have always been so supportive of my journey. I recount to people to this day about how you found restaurants I would enjoy when I visited you and how much that meant to me. It meant so much to me!
